This is Finnian, a cute snow-white ermine with a chequered little ribbon/scarf. Finnian is in his winter coat and is made of very soft high-quality Schulte fabrics and has paw pads made of minky. He has the characteristic black tail tip stoats keep while in ermine, along with a pair of curious black glass eyes. His mouth, nose and nails are embroidered on, and the whole weasel is handmade. Finnian can easily stand by himself thanks to the steel shot in his bum. The tail is wired to allow different poses (as can be seen on the photos). Finnian's ribbon can easily be removed and re-applied in the desired way. I just really liked the way he looks with the blue accents I wasn't going to give him an accessory but I saw this ribbon in my stash and I just had to xD Been planning to make an ermine for ages, not sure what took me so long. And as you can see on the pictures, I was a tad late as all the crocuses were already in bloom! It was a wonderful sight though, all these white and purple flowers with yellow hearts, so cute I took the flower pictures in the city park and it was crowded! Some people mistook him for a kitten when they saw him at first glance haha!

Finnian measures 18 cm (7 inch) from foot to forehead. I added some small details at the eyebrows, corners of the eyes and paws with Copic markers, as usual .
