Nishicon, Plush Commissions, and a visi to the USA

After Abunai!con was such a success, I really wanted to do it again. The opportunity to be a dealer at Nishicon in Amelo (a smaller con in the eastern part of The Netherlands) arose and I took it. It takes place from 7 - 9 October. I'm working very hard to make new plushies, notebooks, and other goodies to sell. I'll have a 2 meter table this time, so plenty of space! I'm also thinking of offering traditional commissions there, sketches and inked art, maybe with a bit of watercolour if I can spare the time. Because it is so soon already, I'm unable to open new slots for plush commissions in September as I had originally planned. I'm very sorry about that, but there is only so much I can do with the time I have and this con is a hard deadline I'm working on the commissions I already started so don't worry if that concerns you, there just won't be any new slots until halfway Oktober, after that con is over and probably after I'm back from a short trip to the USA.

Because yes! My family and I are going to visit our relatives in Atlanta, Georgia, in Oktober. Just one week since my siblings only have a week of autumn holiday, so it's gonna be intense I'm super looking forward to it! Is there anyone from around there who has some tips on what to visit/do in that region? Any tips are welcome I've been there before, 5 years ago, but only for a few days so we didn't get to see much. Really not looking forward to that plane flight though, I really don't like aeroplanes. But! It won't stop me from going where I want! I'll just have to find some way to entertain myself during all those hours that doesn't include sewing...
