Plushie Commission: Raccoon Dog

I was asked to make her very realistic, with big cheek fluff and chocolate paws instead of black (the base of the fur is ochre, which you can see on the feet). I ordered this super realistic tanuki fabric specially for this commission, it is a dream fur, so soft and dense! Sadly I didn't get much of it, but enough to make at least one more tanuki. It was a nice challenge, I loved making this plush and am very happy with the outcome Of course, getting to make an animal you love is always a plus, but yes, it was a little hard to say goodbye to this one! But I know she will be loved. All materials are synthetic, with dark brown glass eyes and Copic marker shading on the face to make the mask more subtle and realistic.
