Plushie Commission: Rion the Beech Marten

41 cm floppy plushie for Stenellya of Rion the beech marten (whose tail is 26 cm, more than half of his body length). He is roughly life-sized and very soft and floppy, he can hang over your shoulder and even encircle your neck (if you support him, that is). I always love these marten plushies Rion is made of very soft high quality faux furs (most of which are tipped) and minky for the paw pads and inner ears. He has dark brown glass eyes and an embroidered nose and mouth. Copic markers were used to give extra detail to the face, ears, and paw pads. He needed a lot of trimming to bring out the markings and have the fur on the limbs match with that of the body. I'm personally really happy with how his face came out, especially <3 Unfortunately he was very hard to photograph, a recurring issue with large floppy plushies... he really looks a lot better in person. I can guaranty he gives excellent cuddles though ^^
