Benton is the first of many plushies made in 2014 Also the third badger I've made so far. I just love how different they all look, even though the pattern stayed mostly the same! Benton sports his winter coat and has longer fur than his predecessors. It is a bit more coarse than most of my fabrics, but the tipped hairs and texture do suit a badger very well, I think I just love badgers! Benton has painted details on his paw pads to make them look like a real badger's. The backs of his ears are also painted. his nose and mouth are embroidered. Benton is stuffed quite firmly, and he has a pleasant weight due to the plastic pellets in his belly. His eyes are made of brown glass, which look almost black, unless the light hits from a certain angle, and you can see the bright, warm colour they actually have

Benton is 25 cm (10 inch) from his nose to his butt.
